Christie & Co, a specialist business property company, has announced that Jonathan Board is to head up its pharmacy division from January 2025 as long-standing director Tony Evans retires, with Mr Board promising expansions to the division’s team and service offering.
Mr Board currently works as a director alongside Mr Evans, who has spent 36 years at the brokerage and was instrumental in setting up its dedicated pharmacy division. He is taking early retirement as he plans to spend more time with his family in Australia.
Mr Board commented: “I am delighted to succeed Tony in heading up our pharmacy team and to further build on the successes we have achieved together.
“Having worked alongside Tony for over 20 years, with the last 15 years developing the pharmacy side of the business, I am excited to announce that we will look to further expand the team and service offering over the next few months.
“I, along with the rest of the team, wish Tony all the best in his well-earned early retirement.”
Mr Evans said: “It has been an absolute honour to work at Christie & Co for over three and a half decades. Having operated across all sectors, nothing has made me prouder than to have developed our market-leading service alongside trusted and valued colleagues in our pharmacy team.
“I am delighted to be succeeded by Jonathan Board who has collaborated tirelessly with me over the past 15 years in expanding and delivering the service we offer today.”
